Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential duties and responsibilities of this job are included but not limited to this job description – other tasks may be assigned and expected to be performed.

  • Operating manual or robotic welding equipment to apply welds according to specifications
  • Testing and debugging of robot programs may be required
  • Maintain automated and robotic manufacturing methods and processes
  • Checking quality of parts (visually, fixtures, testing)
  • Inspecting welds and conducting tests to ensure welds meet or exceed standards
  • Modifying robot movements
  • Testing and evaluating welding equipment,
  • Maintaining equipment and perform preventative maintenance

. Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with robotic welders preferred
  • Previous experience with MIG and Resistance welder set up and troubleshooting
  • Basic computer skills needed
  • Eye for detail and accuracy
  • Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic
  • Able to communicate with all levels of the organization in a professional manner
  • 3-5 years of experience with MIG and Resistance Welding preferred
  • High School diploma
