Robotic Welder/Programmer – Next Level. Up to $3K Signing Bonus.

Next Level, one of the nation’s premier manufacturers of pallet racks, mezzanines, and related material storage solutions, is looking for an experienced Robotic Welding Machine Operator/Programmer for our Pompano Beach, FL manufacturing facility. This is a full-time, 1st shift position, with occasional overtime as necessary to meet customer demand. We are a busy, growing company, and there is opportunity for career advancement.

The successful candidate will be an experienced welder, with demonstrated experience operating and programming Robotic Welding Machines. Experience with general CNC machinery, engineering software, and blueprint/spec reading skills is preferred as well. If you have pallet rack and material handling manufacturing experience, that is certainly a plus. The position requires machine operation, as well as loading/unloading materials and parts to be fabricated/welded, so there is a physical component to the position.

We offer a competitive salary, benefits, a signing bonus (up to $3,000 depending on experience), and will help the right candidate relocate to the Pompano Beach, FL area (up to $5,000 relocation assistance).

Job Qualifications:

· High school graduate/equivalent.

· 2 Years of Robotic Welding experience.

· Ability to setup/program robotic welding machines, including weld paths/parameters, motion, error handling, etc.

· Ability to inspect welds for irregularities and troubleshoot/correct causes of such.

· Fanuc Robotic welding experience a plus, as well as Motoman program.

· Reading/understanding/interpreting blueprints and technical specs a must.

· Experience with steel/aluminum. MIG/TIG welding experience a plus.

· Able to lift/move manufacturing materials.

· Team player, willing to work (paid) overtime when necessary.

Hours: Full Time, 1st shift. Occasional overtime as necessary.

Salary: $18-$24/hr depending on experience

Signing Bonus: Up to $3,000 depending on experience

Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
