ROBOTICS/PRODUCTION WELDER/MACHINE OPERATOR l-ll

Ebco Industries Ltd. is looking for an experienced Robotics Production Welder to join our team. This role is critical to the reputation that Ebco has built for delivering world-class quality manufacturing. You will be responsible for operating the CNC router and robotic welder to complete projects according to customer specifications.

Our customers range from small and/or start-up companies to world class suppliers of OEM capital equipment and machinery. Our headquarters and manufacturing facility is located in Richmond, B.C. Canada.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Completing projects per manufacturing and inspection plan
  • Operating the Robotic Welder and CNC Router to customer provided specifications
  • Measuring project using machining tools (calipers and measuring equipment)
  • Assembly work
  • Cutting material to length with cut off saw
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the manager

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Basic understanding of CNC machines (Komo CNC Routers/ machines)
  • Good knowledge and understanding of welding and weld processes
  • Ability to accurately conduct caliper measurements
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility with shifts; dependent on workflow and projects
  • Ability to stand, bend and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work efficiently

EDUCATION

  • Forklift certification is desired

Salary: $30.01-$31.50 per hour

Schedule:

  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
