Overview

  • Ability to work in extreme outdoor environments (example: hot sun, cold, wet weather, mud, etc.).

  • Have full range of mobility in upper and lower body. Ability to work in various positions, including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods during an 8-12 hour shift.

  • Be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks.

  • Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight safely without assistance throughout assigned workday. squatting for extended periods of time.

  • 40 hours per week, and overtime as required.

  • Regular, reliable and predictable attendance required.

  • Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment. Must be a team player and able to work between multiple departments to reach a common goal.

  • Must wear required personal protective equipment at all times (hard hat, safety glasses, etc). Advise immediate supervisor of any safety or job related problems.

  • Must comply with all OHSA safety requirements and regulations

  • Have a good attitude and be on time

  • Reliable transportation to and from the job site

  • Pass a drug test

  • Must have steel/ composite toe boots
