Gesco Limited Partnership-Shnier, Canada’s largest floor covering solutions provider has an opportunity for a,
CALGARY SAMPLE FABRICATOR.
Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, your responsibility will be to manufacture in-house sample boards based on the requirements of both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities include maintaining a supply of frequently used assembly materials, product, labels etc. This may include ordering and picking material as required as well as liaising with our internal customer service, marketing, merchandising and sales departments for sample stock replenishments or custom job specifications on sample requests.
Requirements: Ability to use power tools and ceramic cutting equipment. Capable of lifting heavy items, up to 50lbs on regular basis. Strong prioritization and organizational skills. Comfortable working independently. Ability to problem solve and recognize potential problems before they occur. Strong Communication skills. General knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; such as Word, Excel, and Outlook is an asset.
