Seeking Operations Manager, Supervisor, Awning Installer and Welder

Positions we are looking to fulfill:

• Operation Manager/Field Supervisor: Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization. Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations, and procedures. Liaison with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans. Valid Drivers License is a must!
• Awning Installer: MUST NOT BE AFRAID OF HEIGHTS. Must possess some construction knowledge in anchoring systems, caulking, sealing and skilled use of power tools. With your background and our skillsets, we are willing to train you to become the next professional Awning Installer with our team. You will be working with metal frames, standing seam metal, composite insulated roof systems, patio canopies, and bahama shutters. Candidates must be able to handle physical workload outdoors during their 8-hour shift. Valid Drivers License is a must!
• Welder/Fabricator Aluminum: Must be able to follow blueprints to meet product specifications as well as calculate material measurements to verify specifications. Must know how to use power tools, cut off saw, bandsaw as well as Mig and Tig. We are willing to train the right candidate to meet our standards in this field. However, previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or other related fields are a must. Candidates must be able to handle physical workload during their 8-hour shift.

All positions are Monday – Friday 7:30AM – 4PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,000.00 – $47,000.00 per year
