What You’ll Do:
Set up and operate welding equipment to weld metal pieces together to layouts, blueprints or work orders

Position components of fabricated metal products preparatory to welding

Weld metal parts together manually and by using automatic welding machine.

Perform minor maintenance to welding equipment (e.g. changes tips).

Weld straight seams with consistent acceptable results.

Observe all standard safety practices.

Maintain and complete all required records. May be involved in safety committees or initiatives.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need:
2 or more years of fitter/welder related experience is preferred.

Prior experience within a manufacturing/industrial/construction related field is beneficial.

Proof of COVID19 Vaccine is required
