Overview
StateCraft Architectural Fabricators is a division of State Industries Ltd, that works with Industrial and Architectural applications.
The successful candidate’s responsibilities will be to program, operate and maintain the water jet and CNC router machine.
They must be able to read and interpret drawings, rough sketches, blueprints, manuals, specifications or reverse engineer sample parts, to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished products, sequence of operations and set up requirements.
Must be able to verify part dimensions using precise measuring instruments (calipers) and be able to setup and operate other CNC conventional or forming equipment such as drill press, CNC press break, Laser etcher and CNC router.
Comfortable using hand tools such as cordless drills, hand router, files and taps.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience with a strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with intricate assemblies.
Knowledge of Industrial materials would be an asset, as well as being a dependable self-motivated team player with a positive attitude.
Must be able to read and speak English.
Experience:
- CNC Milling and Programming 1+ years
- CNC Operator – 5+ years required
- Diploma in Manufacturing Technician Program
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
