Job Title: Sheet Metal Shop Fabricator
Pay: $38.00 – $45.00 / hour
Benefits: upon the successful completion of the probationary period
Vacation: Two weeks
We are currently recruiting metal fabricators that have experience in flat roofing, measuring sheets and who have used equipment such as the Schere, Locker and Brake. A forklift will work as your assistant in this role. There is no welding in this position.
Raven Metapro Systems Inc. is a busy metal roofing flashing and cladding company with over 17 years of professionalism, quality craftsmanship and success. The office and shop are located at 192nd and 34A in Surrey and our projects are located across the Lower Mainland and into the Fraser Valley.
About You:
- Experience working with Architectural Sheet Metal in a roofing capacity (flashing and cladding)
- Experience working with equipment such as the brake, locker and scherer
- Strong working knowledge of measuring sheets and entering data into metal equipment
- Comfortable working with power tools
- Superb organizational and time management skills
- Responsible, reliable and enthusiastic in your work
Training and Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience working with architectural sheet metal fabrication – preferably flat roofing
- Forklift training or the willingness to obtain
- A valid BCDL is preferred
