Key Responsibilities
Shop Manager tasks
- Oversee and organize fabrications activities for sheet metal and pipe fabrication
- Provide on going direction to Shop Leads ( Sheet metal Pipe)
- Ensure consistent quality and productivity
- Champion Health and Safety
Fabrication Shop Sheet Metal
- Champion development of Sheet metal Fabrication Software Duct 4.0 and Shop Data
- Provide input into efficiencies and productivity
Prefabrication Team
- Participate in prefabrication process. Review plans and specifications, identify opportunities for pre-fabrication with in Nutemp facilities (Sheet Metal and Pipe)
- Review plans and specifications and identify risk and opportunities for savings on Sheet metal.
- Assist Project Management Team
Warehouse
- Manage warehouse
- organization of entire warehouse and shop
- reinforce safety, including use of PPE
Required Education/Experience and Certificates:
- Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sheet metal installations or pre-fabrication as a Supervisor or Manager
- Must be registered with Ontario College of Trades- its a requirement
- Experience within the ICI market an asset
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License
- Training certificates : WAH, AERIAL LIFT, ASBESTOS, CONFINE SPACE ETC. all considered an asset

Experience:
- Plasma: 2 years (Preferred)
- Shop Foreman: 3 years (Preferred)
- Sheet Metal Fabrication or Installation: 3 years (Preferred)
