Are you looking to advance your career in the sheet metal industry? At VETS GROUP our Sheet Metal fabrication department specializes in industrial and heavy commercial/institutional ventilation projects (new construction) in Edmonton and northern Alberta.
We are looking for experienced Journeymen to grow our Edmonton shop team.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Motivated, dynamic & industrious with “can-do” attitude
- Journeyman ticket, sheet metal with experience in galvanized, hotrolled mild steel and stainless steel.
- Experience with overhead crane and rigging
- Forklift and telehandler experience an asset
- Candidates must have experience in blowpipe type shop work (16 ga-1/4″ material)
- Fitting up, shear and rolling tacking and welding experience will absolutely be considered
