Mechanic & Fabricator

We are currently looking for a reliable, self-motivated and experienced Truck Mechanic/Fabricator to join our team in Keswick. Most work will be performed in our maintenance shop but off site repairs may be required from time to time as well as road tests.

Diesel and Gas engines, trucks and small engine And heavy equipment

Duties include but not limited to:

· adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of commercial trucks medium and heavy equipment (dump trucks, freight-liners, skid steer, etc.) Both diesel and gas vehicles/equipment on site

· diagnose any mechanical/electrical problems

· preventative maintenance on all vehicles and equipment

· Maintain accurate records of all service, repairs, and other work as required

· welding in shop and on site

· fixing shop equipment and equipment on site if needed

· building/maintaining additional tools for company use (i.e building bins, fixing old bins, and various other repairs)

5+ years mechanical experience working on heavy equipment/trucks an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
