Overview
A Custom Sign Company specializing in lighted signs and LED display manufacturing has an opening for a Fabricator Apprentice. This position requires a capable individual to perform physically demanding work, in a team environment, manufacturing signs and LED displays.
The applicant should demonstrate skills cutting, welding and working with aluminum, steel, wood, and plastics. Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry up to 75lbs, able to sit and / or stand for long periods of time. Early morning starts, being on time and dependability are critical to the workflow. If you cant show up to work every day, you need not apply. We are looking for consistent hard-working people.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Requires general construction experience
- Familiarity with fabrication, welding, electrical, general shop machinery, tools, and equipment used
- Skilled in organizing and planning to meet project needs and schedules
- Good math skills, and the ability to read and follow plans and instructions
- Understand and comply with all safety rules
