Overview
Drive Products is a National Distributor of truck-mounted equipment (TME), and a Canadian leader in the design and installation of TME systems solutions. Due to growing business in our Nova Scotia operations, we have an immediate need for the following at our Halifax/Dartmouth location:
SHOP TECHNICIAN / UPFITTER / MECHANIC / WELDER
You are mechanically inclined with shop experience. In this role, you will install and service truck-mounted equipment including PTO’s, pumps, valves, and various other hydraulic components.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a technician/mechanic/welder preferred (compensated for greater experience)
- Hydraulic system knowledge an asset
- Will be required to have your own tools
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, dependable and punctual
- Be a team player with exceptional interpersonal skills
