Overview

We are looking for a Skilled Labourer/Fabricator to join our team in Dartmouth, NS fabrication facility. Reporting to the manager, this role is to assist with both fabrication and other various functions in the warehouse including the production area to ensure customers’ needs are met.

Principle Responsibilities

Assisting with general production including welding, cutting, and grinding of steel parts

Weld components in flat, horizontal, vertical, or overhead positions as certified by CWB

Fit and weld parts together

General warehouse duties

This position is primarily based in a manufacturing atmosphere

Able to excel in a team environment

Education and Skills Required:
High school diploma or equivalent

Welding Experience

CWB welding certification considered an asset

Ability to accomplish multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner

Able to safely lift 50 lbs. from floor level to waist level

Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
