Overview
Job Duties:
- Perform duties as required in a professional, capable manner.
- Work according to instructions and within the specifications of the job
- Working with hand tools, power tools, powered mobile equipment
- Helping welders and pipefitters
- General facility maintenance
- Follow direction appropriately
- Work independently
Terms of Employment:
- Full time (32-40 hours a week), overtime may be available
- Hours of Work: 8 -10 hours per day subject to change based on project deadlines
- Benefits not offered as a term position
- Work is located in the Wainwright Area
- Term position (1-3 months)
Skills requirements:
- Minimum 1 year Industry Experience
- Safety Tickets mandatory: CSTS-09, Preferred: First Aid, Fall Arrest, TDG, Confined Space, AWP/EWP, H2S Alive
- Ability to lift up to 23kg
- Proficient in written, spoken and reading English
- Ability to work with small hand tools
- Ability to work outside exposed to the elements
Contract length: 2-3 months
