Overview

Summary:

The Bender operator is responsible to operate bender machinery in order to produce quality products.

Responsibilities

· Operate any bending equipment requested from the supervisor

· Ensure a continuous supply of material, to eliminate downtime

· Continuously organize and verify incoming material

· To behave in a manner in accordance with the plant policies and procedures

· Process outgoing products for shipment

· Inspect, and analyze incoming products to determine quality products

· Provide a clean, organized, and safe workplace

· Communicate effectively and work together with alternate shifts

· Follow all ISO and documentation procedures

· Perform manual tooling adjustments during shift on all bending equipment

· Operate within Standard Operating Procedures /Job Safety Analysis

Requirements

· Must have strong technical/mechanical aptitude

· Must be able to read and interpret sketches and blue prints

· Must be Fluent in English

· Knowledge of manufacturing process, procedures and machinery

· Experience with CNC set-up and troubleshooting

· Excellent hand/ eye coordination

· Manual dexterity required for operating machinery

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $15.00-$22.00 per hour
