Sonic Welder

We are looking for a Sonic Welder to join our dynamic team in Gainesville, Texas. This position is responsible for operating an Ultrasonic Welding machine which uses high-frequency ultrasonic acoustic vibrations applied to plastic parts being held together under pressure to create a solid-state weld without the need for bolts, nails, soldering materials, or adhesives

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Operate an Ultrasonic Welding machine to weld together joints in plastic parts

Verify the quality of the parts produced meet the designated customer requirements, quality appearance standard and any functional requirements

Maintain clean and orderly work areas

Report to work on time and adheres to lunch and break schedules

Complete special projects and perform other duties as assigned by management
