Job description
We manufacture stainless steel hot tubs and swimming pools. Due to continued growth, we are looking to find a talented individual to facilitate the fabrication of stainless steel vessels. You will be expected to work independently and also work together with the welding team and project managers.

Responsibilities:
Job duties include but are not limited to:
-CAD design detailing and preparing drawings and supplies for manufacturing
-Communicate with clients via email, telephone, in person.
-supervise production in the shop
-create production schedules
-pick up and drop off hot tubs at spray foam
-pick up laser cut material
-deliver raw material to laser cutter
-ensure fabricators have what they need to complete tasks. (running out and buying supplies)
-help with layout, organizing pieces, deburring, assembly and finishing.
-pick up and return rental equipment
-service and preventive maintenance on equipment
-design and build tools and equipment for the shop from leftover materials.
-quality inspection of welded hot tubs and pools – structural and appearance
-communicate with the manager and report on completed tasks
-draw conceptual pool sketches on the computer
-assist lead designer with design work
-organize and deburr stainless pieces
-read drawings and CAD Models and communicate effectively
-assist layout and tacking of vessels
-read bill of materials (BOM)
-following instructions and checklists
Qualifications:
-your own transportation to and from work
-fabrication experience an asset
-clean clothes, steel toed shoes
-detail oriented
-passionate about design and customer satisfaction
-able to work on independently and meet deadlines
-able to think outside the box, come up with ideas, and work efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
