Duties
· Deburring and weld prep

· Polishing of sanitary stainless-steel weldments

· Detailing of assemblies and machines

· Ordering and receiving materials and parts

· Quality control

· Assembly

· Packaging parts

· Shipping
Experience
Technical skills can be taught on the job – brains and attitude cannot. We are looking for candidates who can learn quickly, work with a sense of urgency and bring a positive attitude to the workplace. Demonstrate this to us and you’re in!
Abilities
· Able to solve problems using critical thinking and logic

· Great attitude

· Organized

· Strong verbal and written communication in English

Physical Requirements

· Ability to work with hand tools and power tools

· Ability to lift 50 lbs., stand for extended periods and work under various temperature conditions

Hourly Wage $24/hour, dependent on skills and experience

Job Type Full-time

Hours Day shift (7:00am – 3:30pm), with flexibility to work longer hours as required

Afternoon shift, with the flexibility of 4 x 10 hour shifts Monday to Thursday (3:00pm – 1:30am) or 5 x 8 hour shifts Monday to Friday (3:00pm – 11:30pm). The afternoon shift receives a $2/hr premium.

Location Carleton Place, ON. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
