Our machinery design and manufacturing headquarters is currently located in Port Coquitlam; however, we are seeking a larger manufacturing facility to provide ample space for our growth. All our equipment is manufactured right here in BC with our in-house, state-of-the-art CNC machining & fabrication shop. This provides us with greater flexibility and control.

Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Production Manager to organize and complete fabrication tasks including: o Fabricating stainless steel frames, skids and support structures o Fabricating sanitary tubing systems o Installing process equipment on frames/ skids
  • Create and maintain accurate BOM’s and assist with procurement
  • Accountable for the accurate review and inclusion of critical scope details
  • Maintain detailed journal entries with time allocation (i.e. SR&ED records)
  • Maintain shop equipment and tools as well as clean work area

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Journeyman level pipefitter (5+ years experience).
  • Experience with joint preparation for stainless steel tig welding on both tubing and piping in the sanitary industry including the use of argon purge gas through pipe and tube IDs.
  • Experience with construction and fabrication of stainless steel process skids and support structures.
  • Familiar with equipment installation including pumps, valves, meters, etc.
  • Familiar with shop fabrication drawings.
  • Must be a team player promoting a supportive and collaborative company culture

  • Ideal candidates will enjoy being involved in projects from start to finish including scope/bid review through to hands-on troubleshooting and system commissioning
  • Able to adapt to new roles and responsibilities to aid in the company’s rapid growth

Salary: $45.00 per hour
