About Us:

Custom Steam Solutions Inc. is a cohort of steam and thermal engineering experts with many years of on-field experience in system analytics. Our partners come from a background with varied industry verticals with extensive geographical experience. We are Certified Energy Managers who are affiliated with Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario and Association of Energy Engineers.

We have a TSSA and ASME approved fabrication shop located in Cambridge. All our welders are registered with TSSA. We manufacture pressure vessels, tanks, pressure piping, custom skids, process piping. We serve in Hospitals, Food, Pharmaceutical, Beverage and Manufacturing industry.

What we need

· Experience with Process/Sanitary Welding

  • At least 5 years of experience in custom fabrication of sanitary piping, sanitary tanks and pressure vessels for food and pharmaceutical plants.
  • Must have experience working on sanitary system for food and pharmaceutical plants.
  • Must be able to read, write and understand English and use imperial measuring system.
  • Ability to read, understand and interpret engineered drawings per ASME, CWB and TSSA codes, BPE and 3A standard.
  • Team oriented with the ability to work with others in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Ability to prep and fit parts/pipe.
  • Ability to lay out vessels and piping.
  • Experience welding GTAW, GMAW, SMAW.
  • Ability to weld in 6G position.
  • CWB certifications and asset.
  • Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and or specifications.
  • Ability to deliver high quality work.
  • Able to work under little supervision, self motivated, well disciplined, good attendance record a must.
  • Work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Have a valid driver license in good standing.
  • Must be reliable and willing to work onsite as required.
  • Need to complete and follow Health and Safety training requirements as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $40-50 depending on experience.

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cambridge/Paris, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
  • Some travel required with in GTA(10% to 20%).

We are currently located in Cambridge On. But will be relocating to Paris On. By mid summer.
