Overview
Grizzly Metal Fab is looking to hire a full-time steel fabricator for night shift and day shift.We are an established and steadily growing metal fabrication company located in the Winfield Industrial park. We have just moved into our 42,000 sqft state of the art facility. Our projects range from small to large in several different and diverse industries. These industries include, but not limited to, oil and gas, structural steel, sawmill equipment, marina construction, mining and custom fabrication.
Night shift consists of 4 x 10hr shifts Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-1:30am.
Day Shift is Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
Steel Fabricator Requirements
– 3-5 years steel fabricating experience with structural steel and custom fab
– Read and interpret shop drawings
– Measure completed work to verify conformance to drawings and specifications.
– Welding experience an asset
– Work well in a team environment and communicate with foreman and co-workers
– Maintain a safe and organized work area
– Journeyman or Red Seal certification an asset, but experience is important
