We are seeking candidates for Steel Welder roles on Day and Night shifts. Pay will depend upon skills, experience, and a weld test. Earn a $3 per hour incentive for night shift! Interested? Steel Welder Main Responsibilities:
- Weld metal parts together using both gas welding and any combination of arc welding process
- Position and clamp together components of fabricated metal products preparatory to welding
- Perform fabrication and quality control
- Organize finished product
- Load palates with finished product
- Contribute to continuous improvement culture
Steel Welder Key Requirements:
- Ability to operate MIG and TIG welder
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Ability to read work orders and blueprints
- Commitment to process improvement
- Attention to detail and knowledge of PPE
