Job Description:
Must possess skills and abilities to perform the requirements of a ship board or airframe structural trade with at least five years of experience supporting their competency to accomplish tasks with little supervision or guidance. Expected to be proficient with reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, technical manuals, design notices, etc. Must know and understand the use of all tools of their trade and expected to accomplish the more complex tasks associated with welding structural repairs to steel and aluminum hull and structure for the utilization of the welding process. Must pass a welding test.

Qualifications:
Must have five (5) years structural experience forming, fittign, and welding shipboard structure, foundations, brackets, and assemblies.
Must be able to provide own hand tools specific to the trade.
