IAI is looking for a motivated and experienced welder to expand our team. IAI offers competitive pay and benefits. We are a growing company that was established in 1983.

Qualified candidates must:

  • have at least 5 years of experience in TIG welding;
  • must be able to read and understand blueprints
  • demonstrate an acceptable level of skill in all tasks related to fabrication;
  • be motivated, and able to work independently and in a team environment to meet deadlines;
  • be reliable and able to work 40 hours per week, plus overtime when required to meet customer deadlines;
  • be 18 years or older;
  • be authorized to work in the United States;
  • Speak English.
