Are you a highly skilled welder-fitter looking for an opportunity to flex your thinking and design skills? We have an exciting opportunity for someone in Brantford who has the ability to take a sketch, or work with blueprints, to make things come to life. If you consider your TIG, MIG and STICK welding and fitting skills to be top-notch and you have leadership capabilities, then keep reading!

RESPONSIBILITIES
what will you be doing?
- taking sketched concepts to reality
- working from blueprints
- maintaining a safe work place
- operation of other metal fabrication equipment, including Brakes, Shears
QUALIFICATIONS
what do you bring to the table?
- 10/10 Fitting skills
- incredible TIG skills and 5+ years of experience working with Stainless Steel
- strong MIG, All position STICK experience
- previous experience working in a custom job shop environment
- track record of tenure at previous organizations you’ve worked at
- ideally you have experience with Aluminum as well
- pride in your workmanship and creative skills to bring things to life from sketches
