About our Team

Jadler Industries has served the western Canadian process industry since 1981. We are a full-service supplier of equipment, systems, and solutions stocking and distributing a wide range of innovative liquid process equipment.

Jadler also offers stainless steel fabrication, equipment installation and system assembly services. We serve a wide range of industries including food and beverage, oil and gas, controlled environment growing, industrial, water treatment, agriculture, and general industry.

As a stocking distributor, we can assist in providing the equipment and parts needed in a timely and accurate manner.

Our shop’s capabilities include fabricating stainless-steel process packages with sanitary or industrial welds.

For in-depth application projects, Jadler uses time and resources to evaluate and understand the customers business goals and operations to achieve successful resolutions.

Critical Competencies:

  • Involves a high level of fitting, layout and custom fabrication skills coupled with the skill and knowledge to weld stainless steel
  • Mechanically inclined and possess the skills to efficiently assemble and disassemble the equipment that is required to be built
  • Enrolled in the apprenticeship program 2+ years experience, preferably with experience TIG welding stainless steel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately read and interpret drawings, cut lists and work orders
  • Work alongside welders with the installation of equipment, pipe and tubing
  • Accurately layout, cut and fit structural members and pipe for welding
  • Ability to accurately and efficiently layout complex patterns and parts
  • Ability to accurately operate plasma torch and Oxy/Acetylene torches
  • Maintain records, reports and time sheets for management review
  • Competent with the use of grinders, drills, band-saws and other common tools for fabrication
  • Mechanically fit up and assemble equipment you build as needed
  • You will be able to accurately finish projects in an allotted period of time

Skill & Knowledge Requirements:

  • Strong custom fabrication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to think outside the box when working on special projects
  • Metallurgical knowledge and how to apply it to welding and fabrication
  • Knowledge of applied math (i.e. fractions, measuring and geometry)
  • Physically able to lift 50lbs, do repetitive tasks and concentrate on detailed work for long periods of time
  • Ability to plan and think 3 dimensionally

Special Conditions of Employment

  • Some overtime and weekend work may be required on short notice
  • Must be able to lift/move a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Must have valid drivers license with clean drivers abstract
  • Physically fit and able to work inside as well as outside in certain weather conditions
  • Observe and follow all safety requirements and be compliant with all policies, standards and procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
