Overview

We are looking for an experienced METAL SHOP OVER ACHIEVER for our fast-paced manufacturing plant in San Antonio, Texas.

What we do and what you’ll be expected to do-

We design machinery and build it from scratch for a wide variety of customers and only rarely do we build the same system twice- no boredom here! You will be expected to mesh well with our team and be a productive person on day 1.

  • Top quality TIG welding
  • Excellent fabrication skills
  • Component fabrication
  • Machine assembly
  • Willingness to cross-train to other fab cells such as CNC waterjet, press brake, roll, pipe threading and more.
  • Willingness to learn continually and add speed and quality to our production of world-class machines
  • Being computer savvy, you will retrieve work orders and log-in to the shop floor kiosks to record time per job. You will use industry standard techniques to produce high quality work and maintain a steady workflow with skills that have been polished with at least 4-years of TIG WELDING experience, and 5 years of sheet metal fabrication.

Are you qualified?

  • US Government work requires US Citizenship and must have the ability to earn access to US Government facilities for occasional field work.
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant TIG WELDING experience in manufacturing
  • Energetic and self-motivated with excellent communication skills (English) written and verbal that can be a strong team player
  • Has the ability to assess the situation with a calm and reassuring demeaner
  • We do NOT want a MIG welder or COMBO Welder!

Pay: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour
