Aero-Flex Corp. Is looking for the next member of our team! We are an AS9100D certified metal fabrication company that specializes in Flexible Metal Hoses, Cryogenic Vacuum Jacketed Products, Piping Systems, Bent Tube Assemblies and & CNC machined parts for the Aerospace, Cryogenic, Gas Turbine and Defense industries.

Aero-Flex is looking for an experienced TIG welder with the ability to weld Round Stainless Steel Pipe, Thin Wall Tube and Metal Hoses and have experience with 300 series stainless steel, nickel alloys, titanium and aluminum if possible. Metal fabrication experience including working with power tools including metal saws and drills, working with manual lathe and mills and manual tube bender is a plus! We are looking for a well rounded TIG welder that can also prep their products and help create any tooling required for fixturing and welding when required.

The position is M-F 8A-4:30PM and is at our Air Conditioned Shop In Jupiter, Florida.

Experience Required:

-Preferred 3 years TIG Welding Stainless Steel Pipe and or Tube.

-Understanding of detailed fabrication drawings and tolerances.

-Ability to cut and prep your own pipe, weldments etc. for welding.

-Ability to lift 50 lbs.

-Ability to read a tape measure accurately.

-Ability to pass a 6G weld test on 2″ sch. 40 pipe inspected by CWI. (Before Hire)

-Ability to TIG thick and thin materials is a plus!

-Ability to Tig weld Stainless Steel, Titanium, Aluminum and Nickel Alloys.

-Ability to use a manual lathe and mill is a plus!

-Check parts using specified gages or check parts using furnished fixtures to see that dimensions are being maintained.

-Maintain a neat and orderly work area.

-Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
