Overview

TIG Welders for 2nd Shift. Must have experience welding precision sheet metal components in aluminum, stainless and cold-rolled steel. Must be able to read prints and work independently, using fixtures as required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Job Type: Full-time2 TIG Welders, Stainless Steel / Aluminum Our ideal applicant has experience TIG welding stainless steel and aluminum, as well as experience with MIG welding processes. You must be able to read blueprints or technical schematics.
Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints to determine specific welding requirements
Follow B.O.M to gather details for weld assembly. read weld symbols on print and interpret all weld symbols
General knowledge of weld gasses
Trouble shoot welding, fixture and print problems
Effectively use weld machine settings and when to use straight or reverse polarity
Skills: Great Attention to Detail
Knowledge of blueprints
Provides accurate and consistent work output
Work Environment: Regularly required to sit or stand
Protective clothing, eyewear, masks and shoes are required
Maximum weight limit 55 pounds
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED certificate
Minimum of 4 years experience with TIG and MIG welding
Welding certification or ability to pass test
