Overview
We are searching for quality candidates who have the desire to learn the skill of stainless steel TIG Welding and possibly become our newest full-time welder. NO experience necessary. We will offer a paid 2-week on the job training program that will teach the basics of TIG Welding while gaining actual work experience and knowledge of exactly what this job entails. This could be the perfect opportunity to learn a new skill and make a career change, or possibly, an avenue to get into the welding trade faster than attending welding school.
If, after the 2-week training period, a candidate meets or exceeds our expectations and shows potential, we will discuss full-time employment which includes all benefits and a fast-track to current welding wages.
