Transport Container Repair and Welder
Job Opportunity
BTT Services Limited, located in Halifax, Nova Scotia is currently seeking an individual for transport container repair and welding. This individual must have experience in welding, mechanically inclined to work on transport containers. You will be expected to complete/assist in lighting repairs, frame maintenance and repairs, small container repairs/maintenance to roof, side panels and interior structure.
Looking for someone who is energetic and willing to work in all weather conditions. This individual will be equipped with a work truck that is stocked with materials and parts to complete all work on containers.
Those with transport container repair experience will be considered priority however training for this position will be available up hiring. You must be bondable as a criminal background check will be performed by CN Rail to work within the CN Intermodal yard. The successful candidate must have a valid Nova Scotia driver’s license to operate BTT Services equipment.
Pay is negotiable based on experience and mechanical inclination and welding experience with the option of health care benefits.

BTT Services Limited is a small business based within the CN Intermodal Yard in Halifax and is a container and Chassis repair business. Currently BTT Services has a close working relationship to many large customers to provide a service that is reliable, safe and of quality that meets our clients needs. We supply everyday repairs, MVI’s, snow removal and service calls 24/7 with our trucks that are equipped as mobile garages for on site and off-site repairs. Our staff works as a team and closely together with open communication that embraces teamwork, respect, quality of life at work, personal growth and occupations health and safety.
