Overview
We are looking for welding candidates that will be building commercial grain facilities. They will be welding pieces together to form the structural steel of the bins. This job involves some travel but employees will be back home every weekend and typically will be home every night.
They will not be just welding all day – they do a variety of industrial construction. They will be doing a variety of tasks including welding, structural assembly, reading blue prints, operating equipment, etc.
We are a very laid back company. We are not afraid to let our employees take breaks, will work with time off if needed and believe in having a relaxed environment more than strict. They just ask that candidates have respect and communicate with them and they will do the same thing back.
