Alongside TLC Truck & Equipment is Tri Leasing LLC., which provides a constant flow of quality off-lease trucks for customers. We have a full parts department, service department, body shop, fabrication & up-fit department. We work on a variety of diesel equipment, trucks, trailers, box trucks, roll off dumpster trucks, and light, medium and heavy-duty tow truck equipment.

What You’ll Do
Perform welding duties using a welder.
Weld steel / aluminum with welding equipment instructed by work orders, or verbal communication.
Work with fitters or fitters/welders to assist in the fabrication or welding
Must be able to operate hoists, hand power tools, plasma cutter, grinders, cutting torch, and other hand tools related to the job.
Forklift Operation preferred.
Inspect and correct welds as necessary to meet product.
Read, understand, and follow work order specifications.
Inspect equipment to maintain functional equipment if any equipment needs repairs notify supervisor/lead or maintenance.
Communicates with supervisor for clarification of problems and discusses preventive techniques to minimize.
Perform a variety of complicated tasks, as directed by supervisor.
Follows all safety policies and procedures.
What We’re Looking For
Familiar with a variety of welder concepts, & practices – Up to 2 – 4 years welding experience or related.
- Aluminum welding and heavy equipment manufacturing experience is a plus
Experience in fabrication of commercial truck bodies preferred.
Experience in hydraulics & electrical systems experience a plus.
Experience in the commercial truck/truck equipment industry preferred.
Rely on communication, experience, and judgment to plan and accomplish the task at hand.
Inspect equipment to maintain functional equipment if any equipment needs repairs notify supervisor/lead or maintenance.
Must be mechanically inclined to use power tools and other body shop tools in a safe and efficient manner.
Will be expected to supply their own set of tools commonly used in the performance of automotive repair work.
Must be efficient and detail oriented with the capability to multitask.
Must be able to frequently stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Anything above 50 pounds will require assistance of a team member or forklift, etc. as necessary.
Knowledge in forklift operation preferred.
Must be able to drive/move trucks, valid driver’s license is required.
Knowledge in basic computer skills.
Must be able to follow directions.
Must be able to read, write and speak English.
Promotes safe work habits & follows safety policy.
Demonstrate willingness to work with others in a team
Must be dependable, wants to work, be a team player and has a positive attitude and willingness to grow in position along with strong work ethics and commitment to work the hours necessary to accomplish the job duties.
Must be able to complete employment application and must be able to pass a drug test.
Perform other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
ASE Certification on Truck Equipment Installation & Repair is a plus but not a requirement
