Starting Rate of pay: $14.00/HR – $18.00/HR Depending on Experience
Shifts Available and Hours: 3rd Shift
11:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Bonus: Discretionary Performance Related Pay (PRP), bonus plan with a maximum opportunity of $1,800.00 annually
Job Responsibilities:
Reports non-conformities identified to the Production Supervisor and the Quality Department
Set up, operator, and makes adjustments to sizing section driven stand rolls, side pass rolls, and weld rolls to properly size tubing, in accordance with Mill Tooling Setup Charts, to maximize efficiency and quality requirements.
Operate control panel for tube mill, annealer and induction welder. Sets and monitors temperature for in-line annealer and induction welder.
Execute and record all production/quality checks required. Performs dimensional and visual inspection of samples provided for beginning/end of production runs and follows written procedures for documenting weld integrity.
Assist in the process examination, quality documentation, root cause analysis, equipment validations, and safety or quality audits.
Analyze and interpret data from process SPC charts in order to make adjustments to equipment to optimize equipment productivity and quality.
Education and Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent and 1 year of related manufacturing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Welded Tube Mill process experience a plus
Perform Burst Testing and Flare Testing a plus
Certified Production Technician a plus
Forklift certification is a plus
