Presently we are recruiting a Journeyperson Welder, for work Underground in Rocanville, SK. The work schedule will be 12 hour day/night shift, on a two-week on, one-week off rotation.

Responsibilities:

· Performing welding work on structures and equipment to stated specifications;

· Fabrication and welding from detailed prints or sketches;

· Fit and Weld components according to dimensions and tolerances prescribed on engineering drawings, weld procedure data sheets (WPDS), or other specifications as applicable;

· Conduct performance and quality inspections according to procedure;

· Resolve work problems and recommend work measures to improve productivity;

· Maintain records in accordance with company policies;

· Promote safety awareness – following policies and procedures on quality, health, safety, and environment;

· Represent Threeosix in a positive and professional manner.

Requirements:

· Valid Saskatchewan or inter-provincial journeyperson welder ticket;

· Structural Welding Certification in accordance with CWB Group

· Experience in a mining environment with underground experience considered an asset;

· Pressure Piping Welding Certification in accordance with TSASK would be considered an asset;

· Well organized with the ability to plan, prioritize, execute, and delegate;

· Ability to plan-ahead, forecast, and meet critical deadlines;

· Ability to work diligently along, or in a team environment;

· Class 5 driver’s license;

· WHMIS Certificate;

· Fall Arrest;

· General Mine Safety Awareness (GMSA)
