We are currently looking for an experienced vessel/ exchanger welder on our dayshift
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must have experience with fabrication and welding of pressure vessels/ exchangers
- Ability to read prints, layout, fit, and weld as required.
- SMAW/ GMAW/ FCAW/GTAW weld processes
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Rigging along with the use of overhead and jib cranes
- T2TS GTAW welding is considered an asset.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Journeyman trades certificate a must (preferably in welding or pipe fitting)
- 2+ years of experience in vessel welding/ fitting is required
- B- Pressure Certificate
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset.
- Pre-employment functional
- Pre-employment drug and alcohol test
