LeeBoy’s weekend shift will operate Friday thru Sunday 6:00 am to 6:45 pm. You will work 36 hours and will be paid for 40 hours of work.

Job Summary: Welds metal parts as specified by layout, welding diagrams or work order.
- Positions parts in jigs or fixtures on bench or floor, or clamps parts together along layout marks
- Lays out, positions and tack welds workpiece
- Welds part or subassemblies according to blueprints, diagrams or written/verbal instructions
- Applies flux to workpeice instead of filler rod
- Welds along vertical or overhead weld lines
- Scarfs or grooves weld prior to applying filler metal
- Examines weld for bead size and other specifications
- Chips or grinds off excess weld, slag, or spatter
- Cleans or degreases parts
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED (General Education Degree)
- One to two years of education or training
- Minimum of 2 years of on-the-job work experience
Physical Demands:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly stand, walk, and reach with hands/arms
- Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Frequently required to lift and/or push/pull up to 50 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job are close vision and color vision
