LeeBoy’s weekend shift will operate Friday thru Sunday 6:00 am to 6:45 pm. You will work 36 hours and will be paid for 40 hours of work.

Job Summary: Welds metal parts as specified by layout, welding diagrams or work order.
Positions parts in jigs or fixtures on bench or floor, or clamps parts together along layout marks
Lays out, positions and tack welds workpiece
Welds part or subassemblies according to blueprints, diagrams or written/verbal instructions
Applies flux to workpeice instead of filler rod
Welds along vertical or overhead weld lines
Scarfs or grooves weld prior to applying filler metal
Examines weld for bead size and other specifications
Chips or grinds off excess weld, slag, or spatter
Cleans or degreases parts
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED (General Education Degree)
One to two years of education or training
Minimum of 2 years of on-the-job work experience
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly stand, walk, and reach with hands/arms
Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
Frequently required to lift and/or push/pull up to 50 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this job are close vision and color vision
