We are seeking Production Associates for our Woodstock, ON location. Ability to work Day, Afternoon, and Midnight shifts is required.

Your success is our success… Our sales have grown annually at a compounded rate of 18.0% for the last eight years, tripling our business, while making us one of the largest leading Tier II automotive stamping and assembly suppliers. The Sort Team Member reports to the Quality Manager or designate. This position is responsible for inspection of product quality to ensure compliance with applicable QMS procedures and customer requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Pack parts in the proper container as noted on the master packing specification
  • Final visual audit inspection of all parts before they are put into stock or shipped
  • Follows company safety policies, wear glasses and hearing protection
  • Report all quality, production, and safety problems to the supervisor
  • Available for overtime as required
  • Suggest methods of improvement, (i.e. Continuous Improvement Plan)
  • Re-work parts as per instructions

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years previous manufacturing or production experience
  • Capable of lifting up to 35lbs continually
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to stand 8 hours a day
  • Reliable transportation to get to work on a rotating shift schedule
  • Ability to work Day, Afternoon, and Midnight shifts
