Bow Ridge Steel Fabrication Ltd is a family run business established over 45 years ago. We specialize in custom steel fabrication catering to everything from the oil and gas sector to parade floats.
We are seeking first and second year welding apprentices eager to start or continue their career with our fast-paced, growing company.
Job Requirements:
– 1st or 2nd year apprentice
– Must have metal core/ flux core experience
– Current CWB is an asset
– Good communication skills
– Ability to read and interpret blueprints
– Work independently
– Be able to flame cut material
– Good listening skills
– Willing to learn and adapt to the environment
– Daily use of mathematics, adding subtracting
– Experience with overhead cranes an asset
– Forklift experience an asset
– Experience with Plasma table an asset
Compensation:
– Pay negotiable depending on experience
– Overtime available
Site/remote work:
– No
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
