Are you a welder that wants to learn how to weld aluminum in a clean shop? Want a yearly review on your hire date? Want to work 4 days a week?
Starting wage is $24.00/hour, $25.25/hour after 3 months. $26.50 after 12 months. $27.75 after 24 months. Day shift only. 42 hours per week. Yearly reviews for all employees.
The $25.25/hour wage with good attendance & attitude, production targets, and general improvement. Performance will be reviewed at 3 months & 12 months annually.

Duties and Qualifications:
- 1 or more years experience in MIG welding
- Committed to being at work, every day and on time
