Aluminum TIG Welders Needed to join our team!

Must successfully pass Aluminum TIG welding skills exercise before an offer can be made.

Hourly rate will be determined by skill level.

Duty Summary: Welds metal components together by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Work and maintain production flow.

MIG and TIG aluminum in all positions.

Understanding of welding machine, set up and adjustments.

Knowledge of product by part.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Language Ability:

Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.

Math Ability:

Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
