Key Welder

Overview:

A key welder position is here to help facilitate and further the development of Core Custom Metal Works through the implementation of well rounded skills. This position may include tasks such as MIG welding, Stick welding, and TIG welding on a multitude of different projects. This position is by no means limited to welding. A key welder is also responsible for project understanding and awareness, preparation for projects, plan interpretations, cutting, assembly, and fabrication. This position is mainly comprised of tasks related to the steel industry of custom design and fabrication, steel building erection, and structural steel. However, as a team member of Core, a Key Welder will be responsible for more. As needed, there will be tasks aimed at furthering the company beyond this reoccurring task list. These might include, but are not limited to, the development of the new shop, other domains of construction such as electrical, plumbing, framing, design work, material handling, business strategy, project management, subcontractor relations and much more. Team members should be open minded to the idea of doing what needs to be done for the growth of the team and the organization.

Hours and Wages

Hours are Flexible

Monday- Sunday

40 hours agreed upon with management within reason

The above hours will be delivered at a rate of $ an hour.

Raises are to be expected upon completion of agreed skill development and value integration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.20 – $29.23 per hour
