Now hiring full-time Fitter / Welders in Winston-Salem, NC!
Trillium Construction is Fitter Welders to work as a team within a fab shop and support the manufacturing of columns, beams, bracing, posts, trusses, frames, and other various parts.
Candidates should be capable of reading shop drawings, identify structural components, work safely in a team environment, and/or have a positive attitude with a mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn. Must be capable of mig welding on structural steel.
This is a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity with both day and night shifts available. Work schedule is 8-10 hours per shift depending on production needs with occasional overtime. Compensation of $16-18 per hour or more for qualified candidates. Per diem will not be offered.

- 1+ year of similar experience or trade school preferred
