Job description

Salford Group is a global manufacturer of farm tillage, application, and seeding equipment. We are experiencing tremendous growth and have an immediate opening for a full-time Welder on Day Shift at our Salford, ON location.

Performance Expectations

  • Read and interpret blueprints and produce parts to print
  • Examine and inspect welds to specifications and an aptitude to producing a quality product
  • Safely operate an overhead crane and work in accordance with Health & Safety regulations, company policies, and procedures

Credentials

  • Minimum 1-2 years previous welding experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Must be able to read and understand blueprints
  • Ability to lift up to 50Ibs
  • Successful candidate must pass internal weld test
