Overview
Jay’s Shop, Inc. is a job shop looking for a fabricator welder that likes a challenge. Looking for someone to take over the welding department on their own. We have a variety of different materials and jobs to be welded on a daily bases. We need someone that can tig, mig, and stick weld at a professional level. Someone that is self motivated to get the work done on their own with little supervision. Will need to be able to read drawings and be able to measure, cut and layout own work. Most all work will be done in the shop, but we do go portable occasionally. Tig welding will be approximately 50% of the welding job. Will operate CNC plasma cutter, plate roller, hydraulic press, and brake press. Skills on these machines not a must, but must be trainable. Can start immediately. Guaranteed 40 hours. Day shift from 7:00 to 5:00 Monday thru Friday. Overtime available, some Saturdays. Please have a minimum of 10 years welding and fabrication experience.
