Lantec Fabricating is looking for entry level welders and experienced fabricators for field work erecting and welding on construction sites.$26-$32/hr to start entry level workers.
Lantec Fabricating is a structural steel and miscellaneous metals fabricator looking for qualified installers. We are looking for long term ambitious individuals to erect structural and miscellaneous steel in commercial and residential buildings. The majority of the work is in Vancouver and surrounding urban areas.
wages range from 26-41 depending on experience.
Health benefits or RRSP matching after 3 months.
Raises given based on progression of skills and ability to manage tasks, not just yearly.
Welders would need to have a minimum C level complete or equivalent. CWB SMAW all position is required, if it is expired or you only have 2 positions that is fine to start.
Shop fabricators looking to get outside and into the field, this is a great opportunity. Using your blueprint reading and fitting skills, you will go a long way out here. We will teach you to use lasers to do layout on the buildings, attach steel with hammer drills, lift into place with chain falls, hiabs, tower and mobile cranes.
With red seal fabricators and welders, and experienced erectors currently working, we will train you how to erect steel, weld it in place and complete jobs to the highest quality.
