Custom Iron Works is looking for someone to become an essential part of our team!

WELDER / FABRICATOR

Full-time
Work Hours:
Monday through Thursday: 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
Friday: 8:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Will consist of welding, grinding, cutting, and other duties including but not limited to:
Manufacture and fabricate custom metal products.
Install and repair various equipment and components.
Follow plans, drawings, & instructions to meet product requirements.
Reading and writing measurements.
Other on-site duties as assigned by supervisor.
Physical requirements:
Stand and/or bend for up to 9 hours per day.
Lift up to 75 lbs.
Qualifications:
Applicants MUST have some prior welding experience.
Experience in iron work is a plus.
Required to have steel toe boots, gloves, welding hood, and safety protection.
Transportation to and from work.
Basic reading and mathematics skills.
Must be able to provide required documents for W-4 & I-9 forms (Valid ID & SS Card).
Employment references.
Pay:
Pay will depend on your experience and a 90-day trial period. After 90 days, an assessment will be made regarding performance and a pay raise.
